Support-form privacy and retention

The support form is for educators, reviewers, translators, contributors, funders, and partners who want Whole Earth Curriculum to contact them.

What is collected

The form collects a name, email address, country or region, role, requested form of support, contact consent, and any optional organization, capacity, funding range, focus, or message supplied by the person submitting it.

Do not submit learner names, contact details, health information, images, assessment records, or other personal student data. The form is not a research-data collection system and is not intended for children to submit directly.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to the request, organize pilots and reviews, plan localization, and discuss closely related Whole Earth Curriculum opportunities. It is not sold and is not exposed through a public database endpoint.

Cloudflare processes the form challenge, Worker request, and encrypted D1 storage. Netlify serves the static website that contains the form.

Retention

All submissions are automatically deleted no later than 24 months after submission. Submissions marked closed or declined are deleted after 12 months. Operational logs must not contain names, email addresses, messages, or Turnstile tokens.

Access and deletion

Access is limited to maintainers who need it to respond and organize the work. To request correction or early deletion, use the support form, choose “Another form of support,” and do not include learner information. The request itself will be subject to the same retention limits.
