The K–12 curriculum is written, illustrated, open, and structurally validated. The next work is human: classroom pilots, expert review, localization, delivery, and the support that makes them possible.
Choose your way in
You do not need to take on the whole curriculum. Start with one useful, bounded contribution.
The first pilot cohort
The initial cohort will test complete units in real learning settings and create the evidence needed for stronger adoption and cost estimates.
- Choose a bounded unit Select a grade and unit that fits your learners; whole-school adoption is not required.
- Teach and observe Use the lessons as written or record the adaptations your setting requires.
- Report usable evidence Share preparation time, material barriers, clarity, learner engagement, assessment usefulness, and specific revisions.
- See the curriculum change Pilot findings become public issues and revisions, with participating educators credited when they choose.
A budget built from real work
WEC will not invent polished totals before the work is measured. Initial pilots and reviews will establish hours, rates, and coordination costs; each funded outcome will then publish its assumptions and actuals.

The public budget will show the estimate, its assumptions, money received, money spent, remaining balance, and what changed. No donor receives private ownership of the curriculum.
