Learning to keep oneself safe, care for one's own body, and know when and how to ask for help.

- K D03.S4.K.01 Show a self-care routine (washing hands, brushing teeth) and tell when to ask a grown-up for help.
- 1 D03.S4.01.01 Perform daily self-care routines such as washing hands, brushing teeth, and dressing with growing independence.
- 1 D03.S4.01.02 Know that their body belongs to them and tell a trusted adult if someone makes them feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
- 2 D03.S4.02.01 Explain why handwashing, tooth-brushing, and rest help prevent sickness and keep the body well.
